Our commitment
If a call fails because the celebrity didn’t turn up, or because something broke on our side, you get a full refund, automatically — you don’t need to ask for it. If they turned up late, you can claim the missing time back within 24 hours. Refunds are credited to your Tokisto Wallet, where you can spend them on another call or withdraw them.

If the celebrity never joined, the refund is already in your wallet — there is nothing to request.
If they joined late, open that call from your Bookings page. It shows exactly how much time was missed and what you're owed.
Tap 'Request refund' and it's credited to your Tokisto Wallet immediately. The window closes 24 hours after the call ends.
Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited, but the balance never expires and can be used for any future booking. In the event of account closure, remaining wallet balance above ₹100 will be refunded to your original payment method.
